Gippsland Operacommenced in 2009 by
Andrea & Keith Ford
who ran a very successful Opera and Musical Theatre company for many years on the Mornington Peninsula producing first class entertainment,
at a high standard, whilst providing opportunities for talented performers, many of whom have gone on to make Opera their careers.
Gippsland Opera provide the opportunity for young talented local classical singers to gain stage experience working alongside these now professionals performers. This invaluable experience would not be available on a regular basis to Country Regional areas.

Gippsland Opera also raised over $12,000
which has gone to local charities. It is a 'Win
Win' for all. First class entertainment, training ground, and putting back into our community.
